Frequently Asked Questions
We are based in Sydney. Not sure if we cover your area? Drop us a message. We're always happy to discuss options.
Simply reach out via the enquiry form, email, or Instagram and we'll arrange a free consultation. This is a no-pressure chat where we get to know your space, your goals, and how we can best help you. From there, everything moves at your pace.
It depends on the size and complexity of the space. A single wardrobe or pantry can typically be transformed in a one session, while larger projects or multiple spaces may require multiple visits. We'll give you a clear timeframe in your proposal before anything begins.
For the initial consultation, yes! Your input is essential. For the organising session itself, we can work with or without you present. Many clients prefer to be there for the decision-making, while others appreciate being hands-off and returning to a beautifully organised space. We'll work out what suits you best.
Not necessarily — and never without your input. Great organisation starts with great systems, not just great products. Where products would genuinely elevate your space, we'll put together a carefully curated list that suits your aesthetic and budget. Products are always optional and never over-specified.
Yes - because we design systems that work with your lifestyle, not against it. We don't create beautiful spaces that fall apart the moment real life resumes. We build in practical, intuitive habits and, importantly, provide ongoing support after your session to answer any questions as you settle in.
We also offer refresh sessions for existing clients, allowing us to revisit a space, make small adjustments, and ensure everything continues to work as your needs evolve.
Yes we offer follow-up support and are happy to return for seasonal refreshes, maintenance sessions, or when life brings a new chapter (a baby, a move, a renovation). Staying connected is part of how we work; your home evolves, and so can your systems.
